Diana Carey

Diana’s interest in yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda began in the 1980s, and she started pursuing these practices in 1993 after completing a creative psychotherapy education. She traveled to India in search of yoga, meditation, and knowledge, which proved to be a great source of inspiration and led to years of studying yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, and Ayurveda. Diana then moved to a yoga ashram in the mountains of the Black Forest in Germany, where she studied for several years. At the same time, she became inspired to live a lifestyle centered around organic and healthy foods.

Diana started teaching yoga in 1999, and since then, also studied Ayurvedic yoga and other Tibetan/buddhist yoga techniques. For many years she offered ayurvedic treatments, and consultations on foods and herbs starting back in 1996. She is a mother of three and lives in Denmark.

In 2002, she started a wholesale company importing organic foods and sustainable products. Her mission is to make organic foods more accessible, inspire people to live healthier lives, and help others along the way.

In 2017 she met Phakchok Rinpoche, and felt an instant connection with Rinpoche and the teachings.
